ANDREA
KASPARIS
Andrea, owner of Brickell Yoga, grew up in Orlando in a Greek Cypriot household, later moving to Miami. She found yoga while living a fast-paced life of working a 9-5 job and balancing all the other stressors of life. She believes yoga has changed her life in all aspects--from being able to move her body in different ways she never once could (she couldn't even touch her toes as a kid!) to being able to quiet the mind and manifest things into her reality. She fell in love with teaching after completing her RYT200 and hasn't looked back since. Her classes unite the breath, body, and soul, carefully curating them with sounds and smells to leave you feeling zen and ready to take on the rest of your day. When Andrea is not at the studio, she is traveling (she's been to over 35 countries!), trying new restaurants, or playing with her cat, Yuki.

ALANA
IVERSON
As a certified Vinyasa and Yin yoga instructor, Alana loves guiding students through the balance of movement and stillness, strength and surrender. While Vinyasa energizes and empowers, Yin invites a deep release—both physically and mentally—allowing students to soften, let go, and connect with themselves on a profound level. Alana is passionate about creating a space where students can not only deepen their physical practice but also cultivate inner awareness, patience, and self-acceptance. Her goal is to help others tap into the power of stillness, discover the wisdom within their own bodies, and leave the mat feeling more in tune with themselves.
Off the mat, you can find her spending time with her two dogs, baking and cooking for friends, or exploring new places whenever she gets the chance to travel.

ALEXANDRA
LOPEZ
Alexandra López was born in Ecuador and spent her childhood in Venezuela. She has lived in Miami for the past 7 years. She says the first time she took a yoga class felt as if she had gotten an amazing full body massage! She couldn’t wait for the next morning to try another class. Her classes became a time where she could let go of all her thoughts and focus only on the asana. Her body became stronger and her mind more focused.
She began teaching yoga in Caracas and then got certified in Aventura Florida at Ayama Yoga.
She began teaching 12 years ago. She enjoys teaching vinyasa classes which she feels nourish the body and soul. She likes to challenge her students bringing their awareness to their mind and body, so the vinyasa feels like a moving meditation.
